2025 NHSH HOMEOWNERSHIP APPLICATION

Before you apply, please consider:
Available NHSH homes are income restricted to either 150% or 200% of area median income, depending on the home.
The minimum household size for the three (3) bedroom units currently being offered is two people. We encourage one-person households to enter the drawing if they would like to be placed on the waiting list for future NHSH offerings that may extend eligibility to one-person households for future home sales. Household size is determined at the time of application.
Applications will be accepted through March 10, 2025, 5 PM (EST) and eligible applicants will be selected through a drawing process (see FAQs).
All applicants will be selected based on their position on the NHSH Master Homebuyer Waiting List (which is based on the drawing).
