NHSH Rental Waitlist Application

NHSH has completed the tenant selection process for three new rental units in 2024 (one Studio/Tiny House and two 2BRs). At this time, all available units have been filled.

We continue to accept applications for our rental waitlist. Over the next 12-18 months, NHSH anticipates the addition of 2-4 new rental units, including both 2BR and 3BR homes. Additionally, as NHSH proceeds with its homeownership program, existing rental units may become available should tenants qualify for a home purchase.

This application package outlines the guidelines for NHSH’s rental waitlist, including eligibility criteria and application procedures. NHSH reserves the right to add to, change, correct, or modify them and related policies as needed for the orderly functioning of the organization and units at the sole discretion of NHSH.
