2024 NHSH RENTAL APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in a North Haven Sustainable Housing rental!
Before you apply, please consider:
Available NHSH units are income restricted to either 120% or 200% of area median income, depending on unit.
The maximum household size for the 0-1 bedroom units is no more than two (2) persons. Two bedroom units have a minimum of two (2) persons, maximum of four (4) persons. Three bedroom units have a minimum of three of (3) persons, and a maximum of six (6) persons).
The household size that you apply with is the household size we will consider for occupancy. You may not adjust your household size once you are placed on the waiting list.
Applications will be accepted through May 31, 2024, and eligible applicants will be selected through a lottery process (see FAQs).
All applicants will be selected based on their position on the NHSH Master Waiting List (which is based on the lottery).
Household income certification with acceptable documentation will be required of all applicants, and must be re-submitted annually upon lease renewal. Rents will be based on household income.
A waitlist will be maintained (for at least 2 years) if there are more eligible applications than available units.
