• 4–5 p.m. Open House at 217 Main St. Come see the progress we've made on our two newest rental units. These apartments are under construction this summer and will be added to our available rental stock by the end of 2026.

• 5–7 p.m. Cocktails at Iron Point Join us for cocktails and hors d'ouvres at the Pingree Boathouse on Iron Point.
